Centre for Ageing Better

Through a national partnership Lincolnshire holds with the Centre for Ageing Better, they are running face to face workshops to support SMEs to recruit and retain older workers, which could be one contributor to solving skills shortages and open vacancies. With the over 50s growing, over the next few years, to make up nearly half of the total population in Lincolnshire this is a workforce that needs to be engaged with, whether already in your workplace or as potential new recruits.
