We hope by now you are really interested in applying for our role!

We are asking each applicant to submit a CV and a covering letter setting out how they feel they meet the requirements of the post and why they feel the role is right for them.

The Recruitment Process

We aim to keep candidates informed and updated along the stages. For more information on the application process please contact the PSPS Recruitment team at recruitment@pspsl.co.uk (PSPS provide HR services to the partnership).

Advert closes 10am on Monday 30 June, 2025.

  • Shortlisting will take place 1st July and candidates can expect to hear more about what happens next with their application by the end of this week.
  • Candidates being taken forward will be invited to complete psychometrics and given up to 7th July to complete those.
  • A panel interview will take place Friday 11th July more details will follow for those who progress from shortlisting phase.
  • Date to be confirmed: Preferred candidates will be invited to 2nd interview stage with East Lindsey Chief Officer Employment Panel - formed of Members.
