The Recruitment Process

Advert closes midnight on Sunday 6 July, 2025.
- Shortlisting will take place 7th - 9th July and candidates can expect to hear more about what happens next with their application by the end of this week.
- Candidates being taken forward will be invited to complete psychometrics and given up to 7th July to complete those.
- A panel interview will take place w/c 14th July more details will follow for those who progress from shortlisting phase.
- Date to be confirmed: Preferred candidates will be invited to 2nd interview stage with Chief Officer Employment Panel - formed of Members.
